Ridgeview has implemented the premier electronic health record, Epic, across its network of hospitals and clinics. Ridgeview joins the many health care systems across the country in using Epic, which is the largest electronic health record serving more than 250 million patients nationwide.

Patients will also benefit from the use of MyChart, Epic’s secure online patient portal that allows patients to access their health information, request and schedule appointments, and communicate with providers.
Through the MyChart mobile app or website, patients can also quickly see their medications, test results, health summary, upcoming appointments and more. They can complete pre-visit tasks from home, send a message or ask a follow-up question to their care team. From a smartphone, laptop or other device, patients can request, cancel or directly schedule upcoming appointments, including e-visits or video visits.
